Efficiency and Renewable Energy
As part of our strategy, we continue to drive plans to reduce energy consumption across our facilities, installing insulated roofing and improving thermal insulation, which keeps temperatures stable without relying on heavy climate control. We have also advanced the installation of solar panels across several properties.
Environmental Management
In its mission to minimize its environmental impact, Fibra Nova has implemented a waste management program, recycling more than 50% of the waste generated at its facilities. The company has also launched an ambitious reforestation initiative, planting more than 5,000 trees in recent years. These actions, together with investment in clean and efficient technologies, have enabled Fibra Nova to reduce its CO2 emissions by 30% since 2020, marking a significant milestone in its commitment to the environment.

Fibra Nova recognizes the importance of contributing to the development of the communities where it operates. Through community development programs we have positively impacted the lives of millions of families in Mexico, collecting and delivering more than 14 million food baskets nationwide across a range of campaigns. Through the work of Fundación Grupo Bafar we also support initiatives for the growth and well-being of families and children, creating opportunities for those who need them most. In this way we strengthen our social commitment and build a close bond with our stakeholders.

Fibra Nova prides itself on its inclusive and diverse approach in the workplace, with
27% of the seats on the Technical Committee held by women. The company actively promotes the
well-being of its employees through training that covers a range of ESG and anti-corruption
topics, supporting the continued growth and empowerment of the whole team.
